In this tutorial, I will guide you on how to remove or unregister your Apple iPad from the Apple Beta program. So, Apple controls user’s access to its beta program using profiles. You would have to install profile that enables beta OS on your iPad. You can find beta profile at Settings > General.
The best way to find out if you are running beta or not is by checking if you even have a profile section on your computer. If you do not have one, it means you are not running beta OS on your iPad. Simple as that.
Moving on. It is now time to remove that beta profile. In iOS 12, it will ask you for your device passcode. Once you’ve entered it, restart your iPad and hold down sleep button until you get slide to power off slider. Shut it down and hold the sleep button one more time to restart it.
Now, head over the Apple’s unenroll page https://beta.apple.com/sp/betaprogram/unenroll and click on iOS tab. Scroll to bottom > How do I leave the program.
You will be asked to Sign in with your Apple ID so do that. Once you’ve singed in, click on Leave Program and follow the instructions on screen.
