According to an online report, the new iPad, ie, the iPad 2 may be delayed from April to June. The company manufacturing iPad 2 is facing production bottlenecks due to the new design changes introduced in iPad 2. All the previous reports pointed to Q1 release, just like last year, but now it appears to be April for the iPad 2.
There have been countless rumors already about the presence of front facing FaceTime camera on the iPad 2 and here is another one. Screen protectors supposedly meant to be used in iPad 2 suggest FaceTime camera at the very top of the glass.
Most of the rumors until now have suggested that the iPad will not feature a Retina display, but instead may feature a resolution higher than the current generation iPad. However, it seems that Apple may just double the resolution in the next generation model which means that the iPad 2 may boast a mind-boggling 2048×1536 pixel display.
Folks at ilounge spotted a device which sports a shell of upcoming iPad 2. The shell shows iPad 2 and 128GB logos as well. GoPod Mobile, the company showing-off the shell, is preparing a foldable rechargeable battery for the device.
