Overboard is a very useful tweak that allows you to easily switch between the Springboard pages with a nice interface. This tweak works great on my iPad and does not hurts the wallet much since it costs just 2 dollars at the Cydia store.
To active the app, you can assign it a custom activation method or simply call it using the icon on the Springboard. Right now, I am using the pinch gesture and I have found it to work really well. It has now become my most used app now. Find it in the Cydia store.
