GearZap’s iPad KeyCase has been in the market for a while, but many may not have heard about it. It is a convenient combination of a folio case and a Bluetooth connected keyboard. The folio is made from sturdy black leatherette with a dual-magnet clasp and a fitted slot for the iPad. The case also features cutouts for the power button, headphones, volume control, home button, microphone slot and dock connector. There are also holes at the bottom of the case so as not to hinder the functioning of the iPad speaker.

Logitech is set to release a product that has the capacity to transform iPads into remotes. The accessory will hit the market in October. Andretti Autosport has been using the iPad with its drivers to help them absorb the complex data readouts from their practice laps.  Every aspect of the car’s functions is measured, including the brake reaction times, engine temperature and the suspension movement as well as the stats of the driver’s laps themselves.
